The mall’s direct delivery valet service, uses bar-code technology to make parking and hauling packages much easier. Shoppers can park at one end of the mall and pick up their cars at the other end. When shoppers drop off their cars near the mall’s West entrance they will receive a bar-coded e-ticket. To retrieve their cars, they can visit any one of five valet kiosks in various locations, scan their e-ticket, and their cars will be brought to them. The cost for this service is $5 or $3 with validation from California Pizza Kitchen, Panera Bread or Ice Skate USA.
The mall’s Frequent Valet Card offers customers free parking every fifth visit.
