A Bearism is a bit of teddy bear wisdom. It’s a phrase stating how a teddy bear would live its life or an inspirational phrase that a teddy bear would use to motivate a friend created using one or more of the following words: bear, heart, friendship, friend, honey, hug or paw. Entrants under the age of 13 must print the entry form found on www.buildabear.com.  Submit an original, printed or typed, Bearism™, and mail together in a SAE to Online Bearism™ Contest, PO Box 9101, Medford, NY 11763-9101. To be eligible, entries must be officially postmarked no later than the last day of the month (for months January through May, 2007). Entries from minors must include signature of parent/guardian.  Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, local laws & regulations. Void outside the U.S., P.R. and Canada and where prohibited.  At the end of each month, Ten (10) Monthly Prize Winners will be selected: (Nine (9) First Prize Winners (three (3) per age group) and One (1) Grand Prize Winner (from amongst all Finalists).  The Official Rules provide full details of the judging criteria and winner notification dates.  PRIZES:  Five (5) Grand Prizes (see Official Rules for full details): A $100 Build-A-Bear Workshop® Bear Buck$® gift card, ARV: $100 USD each.
